Hi Sally - Yes, I would like to see your video of the humpbacks. That was in the Turks and Caicos Islands, wasn't it?

I hope you saw my earlier post about the whale vocalizations, too. If I remember correctly, on the last dive you and I did together, we sat on the sandslope just past the second dropoff at Puako, listening to the whales for the entire time we were underwater.

Nintendo came out with a video game, Endless Ocean, in an attempt to recreate the experience you just described. Something tells me it is light years away from the real thing.

This was one of the most exciting stories I recently read on a blog! More so of great interest for us Big Islanders, familiar with the Puako beaches and waters.
